Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you share when you request a workforce plan or send us a brief.
What we collect
When you use the workforce planner we store the country and role you select, any job title, market or notes you add, and the email address and first name you give us so we can send your plan. We also store the page you arrived on, the referring site and campaign parameters in the link, so we know which activity brought you here.
Why we use it
We use your details to prepare and deliver the workforce plan you requested, to reply to your enquiry, and to understand which pages and campaigns bring genuine buyer requests. We do not sell your information.
Analytics and measurement
We measure page views, scroll depth and clicks so we can improve the pages. Your email address, your written notes and your private plan link are never sent to analytics tools, and private pages such as your plan and your confirmation are excluded from measurement.
Your plan link
Your plan is reachable through a private link that is unique to your request. Anyone with the link can open the plan, so please treat it as confidential. Ask us and we will revoke it.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep accurate commercial records. You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
